Operate elevating work platform under 11 metres

This training program is delivered over three (3) consecutive days, consisting of 2 days training and 1 day’s assessment in Training Combined Training’s premises in Clyde NSW.

About the course

This course is designed for participants to gain the necessary skills to plan, prepare and complete operations on an Elevated Work Platform, also known as a “Scissor Lift”. On completion of this course participants will be able to conduct routine checks; plan work; check controls, operate and shut down a Telehandler. This unit does not meet the requirements of the National High Risk work requirements, and as such, people considering undertaking this qualification need to confirm that the educational outcomes of this course meet the legislative requirements of their workplace.

The unit of competency TLILIC005 Licence to operate a boom type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more) meets the National High Risk work legislative requirements.

Training Combined courses are specifically designed for the Construction industry.

Who is eligible?

To be eligible to enrol in this training program, participants must be:

over 18 years of age,

satisfactorily complete our English and Mathematics assessment.

able to provide photo identification

physically fit and not have any physical conditions that would preclude holding a driver’s licence.

Payments

Fees and Charges: 

The course fee is $900 and includes all texts and assessment material.

Should the participant not satisfactorily complete the assessment in their first attempt, and additional $300 fee is applicable for all subsequent training and assessments.

All Participants should note that lost statements of attainment can be replaced, the fee for this is $22 and will require the participant to advise of their name and other suitable personal details to allow us to confirm their identity.

Our Fees and Refund policy is:

100% of the course fee is due upon booking your place in the course, this can be paid in the form of Cash, Credit Card, or EFT.

If you wish to change your course or course date, this will attract a 10% course fee

Cancelation of less than 2 days forfeits the course fees

Cancelation of greater than 2 days allows for 70% of the fees to be refunded

Requests for refund should be addressed to the CEO in writing

Requests for variation of the refund policy should be made in writing to the CEO.
